Crew Launch · for individuals and teams up to 12

Your best people lose most of the week to work they were never hired to do.

A customer asks one simple question. You check the email thread to see what was promised, the spreadsheet to see what was ordered, the calendar to see when, and the notes app where someone wrote down the part that matters. Four places, one answer, and you haven't helped anyone yet. That's Admin Drag, and it takes the hours you meant to spend on the people you serve.

Crew Launch gets your team trained on one AI, and your first Digital Crew member built, in two sessions. We fix the work first and bring in the AI second.

01 · Why most AI efforts stall

Nobody on your team is slow.

Every Apollo mission flew a path that was planned before launch. If the engines failed, it would swing the crew around the Moon and bring them home on physics alone. When the explosion hit Apollo 13, that path is what got them back. Nobody added the safety plan after liftoff.

Most AI efforts skip that step. A team buys a tool, points it at a messy workflow, and gets a faster version of the same mess, and then the pilot quietly stops. Your people are carrying a process that was designed before any of this existed, and they're carrying it well. Crew Launch redesigns that process first, then hands what's left to a crew member built for it.

02 · How it works

An audit, two live sessions, and one crew member you keep.

01

The audit

A short survey, about fifteen minutes per person, that maps where your hours actually go. If you haven't picked an AI platform yet, the audit recommends one based on your answers. You probably already have a guess about where the time goes. The audit checks it.

02

Session one, live

Full training on the one AI your team chose. I lead it, with your team on the call and your audit results on the screen. Every session is live, because these platforms change too often for a recording to stay accurate. We finish by picking the workflow worth fixing first.

03

Between sessions

Two pieces of homework. Each person builds a voice profile for their own email, saved as a Skill, or as a Gem or Project if their plan doesn't support Skills, so the AI drafts the way they write. And you gather three real examples of the workflow we picked, so the build starts from your actual work instead of a demo.

04

Session two, live

The build. We walk that workflow step by step, question every step, and hire the Digital Crew member that takes what's left. That might be a Scout that finds and checks, a Scribe that handles the paperwork, or a Coach that gets your people ready. You leave with it working.

03 · What you walk away with

A crew member with a job description and an owner.

At NASA, deciding who flew was never left to a console in the room. It belonged to Deke Slayton, who answered for every crew assignment by name. That idea is behind two of the things you take home.

Sample org chart · invented business · every crew member has a named owner

You get a written role description for the crew member you hired, and your org chart updated to show it, with the name of the person on your team who owns it. A crew member nobody owns turns into one more tab nobody opens. You also keep the recordings of both sessions for your team's own use, and you have 14 days of email Q&A after Session 2 while you put it to work. At 90 days, your team retakes the same survey, and I send you a before-and-after report of what changed.

04 · Before Session 1

Two things I'll ask of you.

Every participant needs an active paid seat on the AI platform you chose, at least three business days before Session 1. If the seats aren't ready, we move the session rather than run it half-equipped. The audit is scheduled early so you have time to decide and buy.

And the homework matters. Session 2 runs on the examples you bring, so the more real they are, the more useful your crew member will be.

05 · The investment

Terms · plans, invoices, fit

If you need a payment plan, or an invoice for your books, email me and I'll send a custom invoice with options. Teams of thirteen or more are scoped individually, so start with a strategy call and we'll size it together. And if I read your audit and the Launch isn't right for you, I'll refund you in full and point you at what is.

06 · Who this is for

Built for the business where the busywork is winning.

Owners, solo operators and small teams of up to twelve, in any industry, where the admin is beating the people. A one-person business counts. There's nobody else to hand the admin to, which is exactly why it's worth fixing. If your team is larger, or you're looking for a keynote or workshop for an event, see the speaking page or book a strategy call.

Prior to the summit in May, I was very reluctant to start using AI and didn't think I had the time to learn it. Since then, I have used it every day, several times a day. I've realized that my staff and I don't have time not to learn it.
Brandon Johnson · Life, Health & Wealth Department Manager, Main Street Insurance

We have a small team, but we're serving a lot of people, trying to make a big impact, and people feel oftentimes really burnout. So this is gonna simplify things and make us much more efficient.

Your first crew member is two sessions away.

Every hour your team spends re-keying, chasing and hunting is an hour that didn't go to the people you serve. The audit takes about fifteen minutes and tells you where to start.
